My Journey
I’m Matt Lawley—a digital marketing consultant, yoga teacher, musician, and facilitator with more than a decade of marketing experience. Before founding ResInnate Marketing, I managed marketing for a global training company, helping triple annual revenue to $6 million, increase ecommerce revenue fivefold, and support its acquisition. Today, I partner with independent businesses, retreat centers, facilitators, coaches, and entrepreneurs to strengthen their visibility and share their offerings with more people.
Yoga and holistic wellness are worlds I know from the inside out. I’ve completed more then 1,000 hours of yoga training and worked with retreat centers in Thailand, Mexico, and Guatemala. Through my own retreat company, I’ve spent four years guiding experiences that bring together nature, yogic practices, meditation, and creative expression—helping people connect with their hearts and find their creative voices.
Away from the screen, you’ll often find me following a mountain trail, sitting in meditation or bringing people together through music. More than ten years of travel, hundreds of miles of backpacking, and countless song circles have taught me when to follow a plan and when to improvise. I bring that same spirit to your business: listening carefully, making space for possibilities, and finding a direction that feels true to your purpose.

ResInnate brings together yogic wisdom, music, and nature as pathways to reconnect with our innate creative life force—the energy that moves us to imagine, express, and bring something meaningful into the world.
Through the technologies of yoga, meditation, breathwork, music, and mantra, I’ve found ways to quiet the noise, listen inward, and open space for creative expression. My exploration includes extensive teacher training in alignment-based hatha, kundalini, and yin, alongside courses in pranayama, meditation, music and permaculture. Together, these studies and practices shape how I approach business—with greater awareness of what we create, how we work, and whom we serve.
We can weave spiritual, energetic and creative practices into our collaboration, alongside practical marketing strategy. The intention is to help you access your own insight, express what makes your work distinctive, and build a business that supports your livelihood while contributing to something you believe in.
